Data Sovereignty & Privacy
Our architecture is built on a "Zero-Knowledge" foundation. We define privacy not by policy, but by mathematical impossibility.
Local-First Execution
All cryptographic operations (encryption, hashing, key derivation) occur exclusively on your client device's CPU/GPU. Private keys never leave your local memory space.
No Telemetry
QuantumPy contains no analytics SDKs, trackers, or "usage improvement" beacons. The software makes zero outbound network requests during standard operation.
Ephemeral Keys
Session keys are generated in volatile RAM and explicitly overwritten (zeroized) upon application closure. We cannot recover lost passwords.
Warrant Canary
As of 2024, AegisVectroLabs has not received any National Security Letters or court orders compelling us to modify our source code.
1. Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or process personal data. When you visit our site or download our tools, the server logs standard HTTP request headers (IP address, User-Agent) for security monitoring (DDoS prevention). These logs are rotated and purged every 7 days.
2. The "Unified Pass-Key"
The secure handover protocol relies on a shared secret (Unified Pass-Key) generated by the user. This key is processed by the Argon2id KDF locally. We have no access to this key. If you lose it, the encrypted data is permanently inaccessible.
3. Third-Party Libraries
Our web interfaces utilize reputable CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) for standard UI libraries (Tailwind, Chart.js). While we enforce Subresource Integrity (SRI) where possible, we recommend users download the standalone binary for air-gapped environments.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The QuantumPy software and associated tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AegisVectroLabs, its developers, and contributors explicitly disclaim any liability for:
- Data Loss: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the backup and retention of your data. AegisVectroLabs is not liable for any permanent loss of data resulting from lost passwords, corrupted files, hardware failure, or software errors.
- Key Management: You accept full responsibility for the custody of your "Unified Pass-Key". We do not store recovery keys. If you lose your credentials, your data is mathematically unrecoverable.
- Operational Damages: In no event shall AegisVectroLabs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability.
